This policy explains what information Kshiti Technologies collects when you use this
website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to
this website and the services offered through it.
1. Who we are
Kshiti Technologies is the technology division of Pradakshina Consulting Private
Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U72900CT2021PTC011361), with its office
at Main Road, Sakti, Chhattisgarh 495689. For anything in this policy, contact us at
info@kshititech.com
or +91 74708 22468.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — your name, email address, and optionally a mobile
number and profile photo, if you create an account.
- Your password — stored only as a bcrypt hash. We never store, log or
transmit it in a readable form, and nobody at Kshiti Technologies can recover it.
- Enquiries — the name, email, mobile number, selected service and
message you submit through our contact form.
Information collected automatically
- Visit records — for each page request we record your IP address, browser
user-agent string, the address you requested, the page that referred you, and the time.
- Cookies — see section 5.
Information created during verification
- One-time codes — when you sign up, reset a password or change your email
address, we email you a six-digit code. Only a hash of the code is stored, alongside its
expiry time and the number of attempts made. The record is deleted as soon as the change
completes, expires, or too many wrong codes are entered.
3. Why we use it
- To create and operate your account, and to sign you in.
- To verify that an email address genuinely belongs to you before it becomes, or replaces,
your sign-in address.
- To answer enquiries you send us.
- To keep the service secure — detecting abuse, rate-limiting one-time codes, and
investigating problems.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share
it only with the service providers needed to run the site:
- Our email provider, to deliver verification codes and to pass on your
enquiry. Your enquiry is emailed to us and is not stored in a database.
- Google Analytics, which receives usage data as described in section 5.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database on our behalf.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary
to establish or defend a legal claim.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies:
- Session cookie — keeps you signed in as you move between pages. Strictly
necessary; the site cannot offer accounts without it.
- Security cookie — carries a token that protects forms against
cross-site request forgery. Strictly necessary.
- Google Analytics cookies — measure how the site is used. These are not
strictly necessary. You can block them with your browser settings or a browser extension,
and the site will continue to work.
Google Analytics is operated by Google, which processes this data under its own privacy
policy and may transfer it outside India.
6. How long we keep it
- Account details — for as long as your account exists, and deleted with it.
- Verification records — deleted as soon as the request completes, and in
any case cleared automatically once expired.
- API access tokens — expire 30 days after they are issued, and are
revoked immediately if the account is deleted.
- Enquiries — retained in our email for as long as needed to deal with
your request and to keep a record of our correspondence.
- Visit records — retained for site security and analysis.
7. How we protect it
- Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and one-time codes are hashed too, so a copy of our
database yields neither working passwords nor working codes.
- Profile photos are stored outside the public web directory and served only to the
account they belong to, or to an administrator.
- Changing your password or email address requires your current password, and an email
change is confirmed by a code sent to the new address.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe
your account has been compromised, contact us straight away.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you
may ask us to:
- confirm what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
- erase your account and the personal data attached to it;
- withdraw a consent you have given us.
You can change your name, mobile number, photo, password and email address yourself from
your profile page. For anything else, write to
info@kshititech.com
and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response,
you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from
anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will
delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows when it was last
revised, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
