Terms of Service

The terms on which Kshiti Technologies provides this website and its services.

These terms govern your use of this website and any account you create on it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who you are contracting with

This website is operated by Pradakshina Consulting Private Limited (CIN U72900CT2021PTC011361, GSTIN 22AALCP8406D1ZM), of Main Road, Sakti, Chhattisgarh 495689, India, trading as Kshiti Technologies — referred to below as "we", "us" and "our".

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You must give accurate details and keep them up to date. We verify your email address by sending a code to it; an account is created only once that code is entered.
  • Your password must be 8 to 72 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
  • Do not share an account, or create one on someone else's behalf without their authority.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts, or the systems behind them, or probe or test their security without our written permission;
  • interfere with the site's operation, including by overloading it or by automating requests at a rate a person could not produce;
  • submit anything unlawful, misleading, abusive, or containing malicious code;
  • use the contact form or any other messaging feature to send unsolicited or bulk messages;
  • scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site without our permission.

4. Our services, quotes and prices

The service descriptions on this site are a summary of what we do. They are an invitation to discuss work, not an offer capable of acceptance. Any indicative price shown is a starting point only: it is not a quotation, may change without notice, and excludes taxes unless we say otherwise.

Work we actually carry out for you will be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work. Where that document conflicts with these terms, that document takes precedence for that engagement.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics and logos are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not otherwise copy, adapt or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Anything you submit remains yours. By submitting it you give us permission to use it so far as is necessary to respond to you and to provide the service.

6. Third-party services and links

The site relies on third-party services, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it, and may restrict access to parts of it, without notice. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", and to the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties that are not expressly stated here.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to ₹10,000. Liability for work carried out under a separate agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this clause.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the site at any time and may ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms, or where we reasonably believe it is being used unlawfully or to harm the site or its users. Deleting an account removes its details, its profile photo and any access tokens issued to it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Sakti, Chhattisgarh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, save that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you are located to protect our intellectual property.
